You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are seeking an experienced driven and strategic Director of Sales to lead the commercial success of Hyde Melbourne Place. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that drive room revenue group bookings and key partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Lead all aspects of the hotels sales strategy planning and execution
Drive revenue across corporate group MICE and leisure segments
Develop and manage strategic relationships with key clients partners and agencies
Identify new business opportunities and market trends to expand reach
Collaborate closely with Marketing and Revenue teams to align messaging and positioning
Represent the Hyde brand at networking events trade shows and in client presentations
Oversee and mentor a small sales team fostering a high-performance collaborative culture
Manage reporting forecasting and performance metrics with accuracy and insight
Champion the guest experience through personalised sales solutions and partnerships
Qualifications :
About You
5 years of proven experience in hotel sales leadership ideally within lifestyle or boutique brands
Strong understanding of the Melbourne market across corporate entertainment and travel sectors
A proactive creative and results-driven mindset
Exceptional communication negotiation and relationship-building skills
Passion for hospitality people and delivering meaningful guest experiences
