Key Responsibilities
As the Project Manager you will lead a variety of restoration and mitigation projects ensuring they are completed on time within scope and aligned with the companys strategic objectives.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Project Planning & Execution:
- Lead project planning sessions to define scope objectives and deliverables.
- Manage projects from initiation through to completion while ensuring adherence to budget and timelines.
- Team Leadership & Supervision:
- Supervise and support cross-functional project teams fostering collaboration and high performance.
- Provide leadership and guidance to ensure project objectives are met efficiently.
- Tools:
- Utilize platforms such as Encircle Restoration Manager and Workday for tracking and resource management.
- Stakeholder Communication & Reporting:
- Conduct regular status meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
- Deliver clear timely updates and prepare comprehensive documentation including reports and presentations.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role candidates should demonstrate the following:
- Education & Experience:
- A degree in project management construction or a related field is preferred.
- 35 years of experience in managing restoration or mitigation projects.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Xactimate and familiarity with project tools such as Workday Encircle and Restoration Manager.
- Key Competencies:
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
- Ability to analyze data effectively to guide decision-making and improvements.
- A proactive solutions-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving results.
