We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeper to manage our financial records and ensure accuracy in all accounting activities. The ideal candidate will maintain ledgers process transactions and support the finance team in preparing reports.
Job Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure all financial transactions are recorded correctly in the accounting system.
- Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process
- Prepare and process invoices receipts and payments on behalf of the company.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure that accounts are balanced on a regular basis.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and reports.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable functions in a timely manner.
- Handle payroll processing and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
- Assist with budgeting and financial forecasting activities.
- Provide support during internal and external audits ensuring all documentation is complete and organized.
- Other bookkeeping-related duties as assigned by management.
Essential Qualifications
- High School Diploma is required; further education in accounting or finance is a plus.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Desired Experience
