3D Visualizer - Walkthrough 4D

• 3D Visualization & Walkthroughs: Create highly detailed realistic 3D visualizations of interior and architectural designs with a strong focus on creating immersive interactive walkthroughs that demonstrate the flow and functionality of a space.
• 4D Animation: Develop high-quality 4D animations that incorporate time-based elements such as lighting changes environmental effects or construction phases providing a dynamic view of the design over time.
• Collaboration with Designers & Architects: Work closely with architects interior designers and project managers to understand the design intent and vision translating this into realistic 3D renderings and animated walkthroughs.
• Project Delivery: Manage and execute multiple projects simultaneously ensuring timely delivery while maintaining the highest quality standards and design integrity.
• Attention to Detail: Maintain an acute attention to detail ensuring all textures lighting materials and animations are accurate and align with the intended design and brand aesthetics.
• Software Expertise: Utilize industry-standard 3D visualization software such as Autodesk 3ds Max V-Ray Cinema 4D SketchUp and other relevant tools to produce photorealistic renders and dynamic animations.
• Client & Stakeholder Presentation: Prepare and present 3D visuals animations and interactive walkthroughs to clients stakeholders and internal teams. Incorporate feedback to refine and improve the final product.
• Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in 3D visualization animation and architectural rendering techniques to ensure the best outcomes in each project.
• Problem Solving: Troubleshoot any design or technical challenges that arise during the 3D visualization and animation process finding solutions to meet project needs.
• Quality Control: Ensure all renders and animations meet the highest industry standards in terms of quality realism and detail.
• Client Feedback Integration: Actively engage with clients and internal teams to refine designs based on feedback ensuring that all adjustments are accurately reflected in the final output.

• Proven experience as a 3D Visualizer 3D Artist or similar role with a strong portfolio of architectural or interior design visualization work.
• Expertise in creating realistic 3D models renders and animations with a focus on interiors and architecture.
• Strong understanding of architectural design principles space planning and lighting techniques.
• Proficiency in 3D visualization software (e.g. Autodesk 3ds Max V-Ray SketchUp Cinema 4D or similar) along with experience in post-production software (e.g. Adobe Photoshop After Effects).
• Experience with creating interactive 3D walkthroughs and 4D animations.
• Familiarity with VR or AR technologies is a plus particularly for creating immersive experiences.
• Strong understanding of lighting materials and textures to create photorealistic visualizations.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with architects designers and other stakeholders to ensure the final product meets all design and functionality requirements.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to clients and non-technical teams.
• A degree in Architecture Interior Design or a related field is preferred but not required if the candidate has significant industry experience and a strong portfolio.

• Experience with virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR) applications for immersive architectural walkthroughs.
• Familiarity with other 3D design software like Rhino Blender or Lumion.
• Experience working on large-scale architectural or interior projects.
• Understanding of BIM (Building Information Modeling) and integration with 3D visualization tools.
