Location: The Village on Morehead an Independent Living senior community
Pay Rate: $15.00/hour
Part Time ShiftAvailable: 20-25 hours per week
Must be available on weekends and holidays.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Deliver food orders from the kitchen to guests quickly and accurately ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
- Assist servers by clearing and resetting tables in a timely manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the expo line and service stations.
- Replenish condiments napkins silverware and other service items as needed.
- Support kitchen staff by performing light prep work and restocking items.
- Remove trash and recyclables from kitchen and service areas to appropriate disposal locations.
- Clean and sanitize food preparation service and dining areas according to health and safety standards.
- Assist with unloading and stocking deliveries.
- Complete other tasks as assigned by management or leadership to support the smooth operation of the kitchen and dining areas.
Minimum Qualifications
- Ability to work in hot wet humid and loud environments for extended periods.
- Ability to lift reach bend and stoop; work in a standing position for long periods; and safely lift bags cases and stacks weighing up to 60 pounds up to 30 times per shift.
- Maintain exceptional hygiene and grooming habits.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with team members and guests.
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays as scheduled.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
