Chats Cloud Cover is seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our Chicago-based team. The BDR will play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities developing client relationships and supporting our sales team. Responsibilities
Identify and qualify new business opportunities through research networking and outbound outreach
Schedule and coordinate meetings between potential clients and senior sales executives
Maintain and update CRM systems with detailed records of prospects and interactions
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to tailor pitches to client needs
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of leads to achieve sales targets
Attend industry events and trade shows to expand business contacts and promote company offerings
Continuously analyze market trends and competitor strategies
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Communications or a related field
1-2 years of experience in sales lead generation or business development preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools
Self-motivated goal-oriented and eager to learn
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
