Pay range: $17/hr - $18.50/hr based on YOE

We are currently seeking a full-timeMedical Records Clerk to join our team atIdaho State Correctional Institutionlocated in Kuna Idaho.The Medical Records Clerk is responsible for initiating and maintaining offender health records responding to requests for health records and performing clerical duties. Works closely with healthcare staff to ensure maintenance and accountability for offender health records to support continuity of care.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year of medical office experience preferred
- Current CPR Certification.
- Medical Records/Mental Health/Administrative Assistant experience preferred
- Medical terminology knowledge and/or medical terminology course completion preferred
- Computer/Data Entry experience
- Ability to obtain a security clearance to include drug screen and criminal background check
Shift:5 8hr shifts per week - Monday through Friday from 8am-5pm
