Job Description

Location:Spring Creek Village

Pay Rate: $70000 - $80000/yr.

Schedule: Sunday - Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

(Manager on Duty weekend rotation must be available holidays and weekends)

Primary Responsibilities

  • Lead and direct the resident care team in assisted living and memory care.
  • Oversee resident health concerns including assessments medication management and activities of daily living.
  • Interview train and evaluate staff. Handle on-call duties for staffing and clinical needs.
  • Coordinate with the Director of Resident Care to ensure resident service plans are followed and updated.
  • Manage the health care of residents perform assessments and maintain contact with families and healthcare providers.
  • Ensure proper medication management documentation and communication with families and medical professionals.
  • Train and support memory care staff ensuring a positive environment for residents and families.
  • Be an active member of the communitys emergency response team.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 1 year in senior care or related health programs required. Management experience in Assisted Living Memory Care preferred.
  • Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
  • Current LPN license CPR certification and valid drivers license.
  • Proficiency with electronic medical records and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Excellent leadership communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage priorities.
