Location:Spring Creek Village
Pay Rate: $70000 - $80000/yr.
Schedule: Sunday - Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
(Manager on Duty weekend rotation must be available holidays and weekends)

Primary Responsibilities
- Lead and direct the resident care team in assisted living and memory care.
- Oversee resident health concerns including assessments medication management and activities of daily living.
- Interview train and evaluate staff. Handle on-call duties for staffing and clinical needs.
- Coordinate with the Director of Resident Care to ensure resident service plans are followed and updated.
- Manage the health care of residents perform assessments and maintain contact with families and healthcare providers.
- Ensure proper medication management documentation and communication with families and medical professionals.
- Train and support memory care staff ensuring a positive environment for residents and families.
- Be an active member of the communitys emergency response team.
Minimum Qualifications
- 1 year in senior care or related health programs required. Management experience in Assisted Living Memory Care preferred.
- Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
- Current LPN license CPR certification and valid drivers license.
- Proficiency with electronic medical records and Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent leadership communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage priorities.
