A growing cash advance company is seeking an experienced MCA Underwriter to evaluate and underwrite merchant cash advance deals. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of risk assessment financial documentation and deal structuring within the MCA industry. This role is essential in ensuring quality funding decisions and maintaining portfolio integrity.
Responsibilities Include:
Analyze bank statements credit reports and other financial documents to assess risk.
Determine deal structure and funding eligibility based on underwriting guidelines.
Identify red flags and inconsistencies in documentation.
Collaborate with sales and syndication teams to optimize deal flow and turnaround time.
Maintain clear and accurate records of underwriting decisions.
Stay current with industry trends and underwriting best practices.
Ideal Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in MCA underwriting.
Strong understanding of risk evaluation and financial analysis.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced high-volume environment.
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
