Salary: OTE 35000 per annum

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Managing property lettings from start to finish
- Conducting viewings and securing lets
- Handling tenant and landlord enquiries
- Negotiating rental agreements
- Providing high levels of customer service
- Developing and maintaining client relationships
What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience):
- Previous experience in residential lettings
- Strong sales ability and negotiation skills
- Excellent telephone manner and people skills
- Well-presented professional and self-motivated
- Knowledge of the Weybridge area (beneficial)
- Full UK driving licence (own car preferred)
- A proactive and dynamic approach to estate agency
