Job Description
MIND & MOBILITY one of the most reputable home health agencies in South Florida has an immediate open position for a PRN Speech Therapist to cover the Coral Gables area. If interested in working in other areas we will work with you to find the area(s) that work best for you.

Requirements:
- Current valid FL Speech Therapist license
- Valid drivers license
- Flexible schedule
- Great organization skills and ability to write detailed reports
- One year of proven experience working with seniors preferred
- One year as a licensed therapist preferred
Duties:
- Candidate will be responsible for in-home therapy visits as well as outpatient clinic visits.
- With each appointment evaluate the level of function and help develop/update the care plan
- Complete initial comprehensive assessments as needed and report back to the Clinical Director
- Maintain a positive and joyful attitude at all times respecting the needs of each individual patient while providing personalized treatment
- Maintain the highest level of professionalism and proudly represent our company at all times
- Partner with family members and other members of the healthcare team to promote the patients progress toward mutually agreed upon goals
- Write and submit proper progress reports to the Clinical Director. We have a web-based software for your notes called Optimis PT.
