As a Highwoods Property Administrator you will be part of a team that strives to provide best-in-class service to customers in our full-service commercial office buildings in the Tampa Market. This job operates in a clerical office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers phones photocopiers and filing cabinets. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this is of a general office nature; while performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to talk hear and see; required to use arms and hands to reach and handle; typing on computer keyboard and using phone required.
