Build genuine relationships with drivers by showing interest in their families goals and personal lives.
Support drivers by collaborating across departments to ensure their success and satisfaction.
Help drivers reach their quarterly bonus goals through consistent guidance and support.
Proactively identify and address issues that could cause driver turnover including utilization fuel management customer service and safety responsibilities.
Lead weekly meetings and communicate with Driver Leaders about potential concerns like utilization home time payroll and equipment issues.
Manage at-risk action items by investigating escalated tickets monitoring open cases and tracking drivers on the Verification of Employment (VOE) list to ensure timely resolution.
Respond to and resolve all Workhound feedback daily and weekly to maintain driver engagement and satisfaction.
Share Win of the Week success stories and send out weekly broadcasts to keep the fleet motivated and informed.
Participate in retention meetings to provide insights on turnover trends challenges solutions and success stories.
Take on other tasks as needed to help the team and company achieve its goals.
High school diploma or equivalent with relevant work experience.
Preferably 3 years in transportation or related fields.
Bachelors degree in Transportation Logistics Supply Chain or related field is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and ability to process information accurately and energetically.
Excellent multitasking and prioritization skills.
Comfortable using multiple computer programs and technology.
A positive All In to Win mindset with self-motivation and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
