Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Manager of Manufacturing to lead our high-volume manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in lean manufacturing principles and experience in managing large teams in a fast-paced environment. This role will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our manufacturing operations including production planning quality control and supply chain management. The Manager of Manufacturing will also be responsible for ensuring that our manufacturing processes are efficient cost-effective and scalable to support our continued growth.
What youll be doing:
What we are looking for (but are flexible):
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Operations Management or a related field
- 10 years of experience in manufacturing leadership roles preferably in a high-volume production environment with a premium product
- Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and experience implementing them in a manufacturing environment
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams of manufacturing professionals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with supply chain management and vendor relations
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to manufacturing including OSHA and EPA regulations.
