Description
HeartShare is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Intern to support cross-departmental research projects that inform program development and strategic planning. This intern will collaborate with various departments to gather data analyze trends and develop reports that guide decision-making at our main office.
- Support research and data collection across departments
- Assist with literature reviews policy research benchmarking and needs assessments.
- Prepare summaries memos reports and presentations on findings.
- Analyze internal and external datasets using Excel or other tools.
- Coordinate with staff or stakeholders as needed.
- Support ongoing strategic initiatives and contribute to special projects.
- Attend and take notes during cross-departmental meetings and synthesize information for leadership.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Public Administration Social Work Public Health Data Analytics Human Resources Nonprofit Management or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and analytical abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Self-motivated collaborative and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated interest in nonprofit work and community-based services.
