What Youll Be Doing:
Providing strategic leadership and operational management for a CAMHS inpatient ward
Ensuring the highest standards of care safety and regulatory compliance
Coaching mentoring and developing a skilled and compassionate clinical team
Driving continuous improvements and best practices in line with national guidelines
Managing resources effectively to enhance service delivery
Building strong relationships with patients families and external partners
What Were Looking For:
Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or equivalent professional qualification
Proven leadership experience within CAMHS or a similar mental health setting
Strong knowledge of clinical governance safeguarding and risk management
Exceptional communication people-management and decision-making skills
