About the role:
- Youll work closely with a senior partner who has led some of the most complex infrastructure M&A transactions in Australia and regularly advises on strategic investments in clean energy e-mobility and emerging tech sectors. They bring global experience from working on cross-border deals in high-growth markets.
- Youll also collaborate with a highly respected capital markets and M&A specialist who advises on foreign investment matters and contributes to policy development through regular engagement with key government bodies.
The ideal candidate:
- 34 years PAE in Corporate/M&A ideally from a top-tier global or well-regarded mid-tier firm.
- Strong drafting and advisory skills commercial acumen and a genuine interest in working on high-impact transactions.
- A collaborative proactive approach and commitment to delivering quality client outcomes.
