About the role:
- Join a high-performing Corporate and work directly with Partners and Senior Lawyers recognised by Chambers Asia-Pacific and Legal 500.
- Gain hands-on experience advising major Australian and international clients across a diverse range of matters including:
- Major transactions projects and significant disputes.
- Public and private M&A joint ventures and corporate restructures.
- Equity capital markets transactions.
- Corporate governance advisory and regulatory matters.
The ideal candidate:
- 24 years PQE with exposure to range of complex transactions coming out of a reputable firm.
- Strong drafting negotiation and analytical skills.
- A team player with a high attention to detail.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
