Were looking for a creative and detail-drivenMechanical Designerto join our Product Development team. If you thrive in a collaborative environment enjoy solving complex design challenges and want to make a real impact on innovative products this is your opportunity.
What Youll Do
- Design and document mechanical components and assemblies usingCREO (ProEngineer)
- Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional teams to develop and improve products
- Create detailed drawings with precise dimensioning tolerancing and fit/function specs
- Maintain accurate product structures and BOMs in the ERP system
- Participate in prototype builds testing and reporting
- Communicate with vendors and customers to gather design input
- Follow engineering procedures and ISO standards throughout the development process

Required Skills
What You Bring
- Associates degree in Mechanical Design Technology
- 510 years of mechanical design experience in a manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in 3D modeling and drafting;CREOexperience preferred
- Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication welding stamping and machining
- Strong communication time management and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Willingness to travel up to 10% for customer/vendor collaboration
Youll Stand Out If You Have
- Experience with RFQs and sourcing
- A proactive self-motivated mindset
- High attention to detail and follow-through
- The ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced ETO environment
