Quality Control Inspector Oil and Gas
Houston TX
$17.50 to $26 per hour
Quality Control Inspector / Quality Controller / Quality Inspector to join a leading Engineering/Manufacturing company that supplies to the Oil & Gas and Aerospace industries.
The Quality Control Inspector will take ownership of the inspection process for both in-process and finished goods primarily precision machined components. Their role will ensure all parts meet stringent customer quality and dimensional standards before they ship.

Quality Control Inspector / Quality Controller / Quality Inspector
Responsibilities:
- Perform dimensional inspections of machined parts using a range of measuring and gauging instruments following verbal/written instructions and customer quality documentation.
- Conduct incoming material inspections First Article in-process and final inspections ensuring all products meet customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate inspection records logs and non-conformance reports (NCRs); generate final inspection reports material certifications and shipping labels.
- Support smooth collaboration between Quality and Production teams promoting a positive and productive working environment.
- Follow all company safety and quality procedures maintain a clean workspace and ensure inspection equipment is clean stored correctly and protected from damage.
- Carry out other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:
- 1 to 5 years of experience in a machine shop environment with a background in quality inspection.
- Proficient in reading and writing English with strong communication skills.
- Solid math skills including shop math and trigonometry.
