Job Description
Job Title: Quality Control (QC) Associate
Working Style: On-site Full-time (Lahore)
Industry: Trading & Manufacturing Support
Compensation: PKR 100000
About the Role
The QC Associate will ensure that all raw materials production components and final products meet company quality standards. The role involves inspections testing and documentation to ensure compliance with industry and customer requirements.
Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Engineering Quality Management or related field

Experience in QC/QA (preferably in electrical electronics or manufacturing industry)

Knowledge of quality standards and inspection procedures

Strong analytical and reporting skills

Attention to detail and ability to work independently
Key Responsibilities

Inspect raw materials and incoming supplies to ensure quality compliance

Conduct in-process quality checks during PCB assembly or material handling

Test and verify products against defined specifications and standards

Document inspection results non-conformities and corrective actions

Collaborate with procurement and production teams to resolve quality issues

Maintain QC logs reports and inspection records

Ensure final products meet customer requirements before dispatch

Support in implementing continuous improvement and quality systems
