Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Intern to join our team. The intern will support the supply chain team in optimizing procurement logistics inventory and planning operations. This role provides a hands-on learning opportunity to gain practical experience in end-to-end supply chain functions within a fast-paced business environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and coordination of supply chain activities including procurement production inventory management and logistics.
- Support demand and supply planning processes by analyzing data and forecasting trends.
- Help track shipments update delivery schedules and resolve logistics issues.
- Work with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Participate in data collection analysis and reporting to identify efficiency opportunities.
- Update and maintain supply chain documentation and systems (e.g. ERP software).
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and cost-saving projects.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Finance Operations and Quality Assurance.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in Supply Chain Management Business Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Office tools; experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle) is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
