RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Position is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the dealerships operations ensuring profitability growth and efficiency while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. The role involves managing staff financial performance customer relations and dealership operations.
  • Sales and Operations Management:

      • Oversee daily dealership operations including new and used car sales service and parts departments.
      • Set sales and service targets and work with department managers to achieve these goals.
      • Monitor market trends to adjust pricing inventory and marketing strategies.
      • Ensure inventory levels are optimized to meet customer demands and dealership goals.
      • Manage relationships with Nissan corporate ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.

    Customer Relations:

      • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing customer concerns and maintaining a positive reputation for the dealership.
      • Implement customer service programs and processes to enhance the buying and service experience.
      • Maintain a strong relationship with key customers and community stakeholders.

    Staff Management:

      • Recruit hire and train department managers and staff across all departments (sales service parts finance).
      • Create a positive work environment by providing ongoing support coaching and development opportunities.
      • Set performance expectations and conduct regular performance evaluations.
      • Foster teamwork and collaboration across departments.

    Marketing and Business Development:

      • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract customers including advertising campaigns digital marketing and promotions.
      • Analyze market conditions to identify business opportunities and drive growth.
      • Represent the dealership in the community and at industry events


    Compliance and Risk Management:

    • Ensure that the dealership adheres to all regulatory requirements including safety environmental and employment regulations.
    • Maintain high standards of ethical and legal conduct in all dealership operations.
    • Oversee risk management efforts to safeguard the dealerships assets and reputation.

    Education and Experience:

    • Bachelors degree in business management or a related field (preferred).
    • Several years of experience in automotive dealership management preferably with Nissan or other major manufacturers.
    • Experience with dealership management software and CRM systems.

    • Must be willing to submit a. background check and drug screen
