The Assistant Director of Recruitment Experience plays a vital role in welcoming the next generationdesigning and executing dynamic experiences that inspire prospective students to imagine themselves thriving at Berklee.
Reporting to the Assistant Dean of Admissions this position helps drive the enrollment strategy for both Berklee College of Music and the Boston Conservatory at Berklee. The Assistant Director leads the delivery of high-impact student-centered eventson campus online and on the roadand oversees key systems that support auditions interviews and faculty engagement. This is a role for someone who thrives in a mission-driven fast-paced environment and is passionate about the arts innovation and higher education.
