Job Description
Our kitchen team is expanding and we have a fantastic opportunity to join our award winning friendly brigade as a Casual Chef.
The team work hard to develop chefs at every level and this is an exciting time to be part of new culinary offerings at the hotel.
Key Skills
- Committed to the highest standards of cuisine presentation and food preparation.
- A good team player with initiative.
- Relevant experience in a high quality kitchen.
- A good understanding of HACCP procedures and implementation preferable.
Key Responsibilities
- To ensure the correct preparation cooking and presentation of food to the highest standards in conjunction with the section head.
- To ensure that efficient and smooth service is always maintained through forward planning.
- To ensure good working relationships with colleagues and other departments.
