About the role:
- Handle complex commercial disputes and insolvency matters including contractual breaches and restructuring.
- Draft and review pleadings motions and insolvency-related documents.
- Advise clients on litigation strategies and distressed business situations.
- Collaborate with senior lawyers and support junior associates in high-profile cases.
The ideal candidate:
- Qualified Lawyer with admission to practice in NSW and Federal Courts.
- Minimum 3 years PAE in commercial disputes and insolvency law.
- Strong drafting communication and client management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
