Drive strategic impact by designing and evolving our enterprise data model to support integration governance and business value. Lead implementation across the organization foster a unified data language and uplift data governance maturity in collaboration with key stakeholders. Youll be the go-to expert for ensuring the data model complies with regulatory standards and industry best practices as well as ensuring adoption and usage across the organisation making a significant impact on the organizations data strategy.

What youll do
- Collaborate with stakeholders to establish a clear unified insurance friendly data vocabulary that supports current and future business needs
- Lead the creation of a high-level conceptual enterprise level data model (EDM) that defines core business concepts supports integration across systems and ensures clarity consistency and adaptability
- Apply data governance principles and establish clear stewardship roles for model maintenance and evolution
- Work with cross-functional teams to align business requirements with data models through workshops and active engagement
- Ensure models meet regulatory privacy and data security standards and adapt to changing compliance requirements
- Deliver training and ongoing support to ensure widespread understanding and use of the EDM
- Use tools like Erwin to design manage and maintain data models efficiently
What youll bring
- Degree in Computer Science Information Systems or related field preferred; certifications like CDMP TOGAF or similar are highly valued
- 7 years in data modeling ideally in insurance or financial services with expertise in enterprise data ecosystems and platforms like Guidewire or Duck Creek
- Strong understanding of insurance data (customer claims policy reinsurance) governance regulatory compliance and risk management
- Hands-on experience with data governance and data quality tools
- Experience on implementing an enterprise data model and embedding it into transformation projects
- 5 years of experience managing stakeholders in data solution design with proven ability to engage across all organizational levels
