About the role:
- Work alongside an Accredited Specialist in Family Law.
- Autonomously handle a spectrum of complex and stimulating family law cases with appropriate supervision.
- You will dive into a variety of intricate family law matters including divorce domestic violence adoption child protection child custody and property settlements.
- You will also be required to draft court documents advices and agreements as well as attend courts and mediations.
The ideal candidate:
- Have at least 3 PQE and ideally be accredited with proven experience working on all aspects of family law.
- Commercially minded and be confident in front of clients/stakeholders in order to build rapport and develop lasting relationships.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills to keep up with tight deadlines in a face-paced environment.
