What does a successful Global Benefits Analyst do

As a key member of our benefits team the Global Benefits Analyst will assist the Director of Global Benefits in providing Center of Excellence (COE) support for our regional teams in 30 countries outside of the U.S. This role encompasses a combination of administrative tasks as well as comprehensive research and analysis responsibilities to ensure effective management of benefits programs while providing insightful data-driven recommendations to senior leadership. You will be involved in driving team success while improving the global benefits experience for our associates around the world.

What you will do:

  • Assist the Director of Global Benefits in overseeing and supporting benefits offerings in 30 countries outside of the U.S. including medical dental vision life accident disability insurance plans retirement time-away policies and well-being programs.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Regional Benefits leaders international HR Business Partners (HRBPs) local management and other COEs to ensure effective coordination communication and execution of global benefits and well-being programs.
  • Administer Canadian benefits plans ensuring timely invoicing reconciliation coordination of payments and collaboration with payroll on associate benefit contributions while resolving discrepancies with vendors and payroll.
  • Provide guidance and support to associates regarding benefits programs policies and procedures ensuring a positive and informed experience for all associates.
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with external vendors and service providers to enhance benefits administration while enforcing compliance and process efficiencies.
  • Conduct benchmarking and detailed analysis to ensure competitiveness of benefits offerings utilizing various resources. Undertake market research and analyze legal requirements to inform the introduction of new country offerings and benefit enhancements with the capability to synthesize findings for executive review.
  • Develop communication materials for both local and global audiences; collaborate with the Global Brand and leadership team to ensure timely posting and distribution.
  • Provide administrative support to include maintaining and updating Global Well-Being content for the corporate intranet site and serve as the primary support for the Global Well-Being group mailbox responding to inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.

What you will need to have:

  • Experience in Human Resources administration reporting data analytics and/or similar discipline
  • Experience in MS Office Excel PowerPoint and Power BI
  • 3 years of an equivalent combination of educational background related experience and/or military experience

What would be great to have:

  • Bachelors degree
  • Exposure to international benefits
  • Experience presenting and preparing presentations
  • Workday and intranet platform (eg FUEL) administration experience
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Solid research skills with a passion for uncovering information and finding answers to complex questions.
