As we continue expanding our commercial capabilities we are seeking a team-oriented Sales Support Specialist to serve as the central liaison in the Trimax US sales process.

Role Overview:

The Sales Support Specialist provides essential administrative and operational support to the Regional Sales team and Sales Enablement functions. This role ensures the smooth day-to-day execution of quoting order tracking customer communications and CLM maintenance. Additionally this position supports customer facing office functions including inbound phone and email handling as well as coordination with finance providers.


This position is based at our Fayetteville GA office and works closely with both internal teams and external partners to support the overall sales process.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support the Regional Sales team by preparing quotes tracking order status and facilitating communication between internal departments and customers.
  • Monitor and maintain data accuracy within the CLM system; assist in sales reporting as needed.
  • Respond to general customer inquiries via phone and shared email inboxes in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate with finance and sales teams to monitor customer account balances escalating past-due accounts to minimize order delays and support collection efforts.
  • Support sales-related administrative tasks including coordinating product availability and pricing updates.
  • Collaborate with sales marketing customer service and operations teams to ensure alignment and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Identify and escalate operational issues that may impact customer satisfaction or sales team effectiveness.
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing of key sales records agreements and communication.
  • Assist in coordinating with finance providers and ensuring correct documentation is provided.
  • Assist with the preparation of sales materials presentations and proposal packages.

Key Qualifications:

  • Associate degree or equivalent experience in business administration sales support or a related field
  • 2 years of experience in a sales support inside sales or administrative role
  • Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in data handling and communication
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite especially Teams and Excel
  • Familiarity with CLM systems (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot) and basic sales reporting
  • Experience with ERP or quoting systems (e.g. D365 SAP) preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced collaborative environment
  • Positive team-oriented attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving
