Job Description
WeatherBarr Windows and Doors of Fort Smith AR is looking to hire full-time Production Workers.

This first-shift Production Worker position earns an average starting wage of $15.94-$17.00/hour depending on experience and position. Eligible employees will receive a dependability bonus every 4 weeks.. QUALIFICATIONS FOR A FIRST-SHIFT PRODUCTION WORKER
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- 1 year of experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. to 75 lbs.
- Ability to learn all jobs within the department
FIRST SHIFT WORK SCHEDULE
This is a full-time manufacturing position that works the first shift from 6:00 am - 2:30 pm Monday - Friday. Overtime as needed.
A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A FIRST-SHIFT PRODUCTION WORKER
As a Production Worker you are integral to the manufacturing of the quality products that we are known for. You process parts for the next department inspect the quality of the parts and communicate about process improvements. With attention to detail you program and load machinery per the production documentation verifying that everything is correct and up to quality standards before passing it on to the next process.
Always attentive to safety you eliminate any unsafe conditions or practices that you have authority over. You are also passionate about quality. Nothing gets by you if it is not up to our safety standards--whether the issue was caused at your station or before. You take pride in your work and keep your workspace clean and orderly.
