The Washington County Sheriffs Office is seeking a Senior Administrative Specialist to join the Executive Offices team. The position provides and performs a wide variety of responsible confidential and professional senior administrative support to the Undersheriff and Chief Deputies and will report to the Executive Assistant.
The Senior Administrative Specialist provides high-level administrative support with work spanning a wide variety of responsibilities including drafting maintaining receiving and sending confidential and sensitive documents. They will develop and maintain communications such as meeting agendas and minutes memos and letters supporting calendar management and meeting scheduling preparing reports forms and presentations and providing overall administrative support.

efficient flexible and adaptable to shifting priorities and task and responsive to staff.
able to multi-task prioritize job duties while working with interruptions.
adept at scheduling coordinating meetings and maintaining calendars.
knowledgeable in government administrative processes.
