The Role
Were looking for a Recruiter who embodies our valuesandsome by going above & beyond genuine in approach humble yet confident kind in interactions passionate about people sharp in assessment tenacious in pursuit and always approachable. As part of the People Growth & Development team you will play a vital role in shaping the future of AOI by identifying attracting and onboarding top-tier talent who align with our mission and values.
What Youll Do
Lead full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles across AOI
Develop and execute traditional and creative talent acquisition strategies
Build strong partnerships with hiring managers to understand team needs and culture
Act as a brand ambassador for AOI representing our values internally and externally
Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruiting reports and data
Serve as a tenacious seeker of exceptional talent across all platforms
Support the onboarding experience to ensure smooth transitions for new hires
Build and sustain relationships with local schools colleges and universities to nurture talent pipelines and internship programs
Preferred Qualifications
3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
Familiarity with BambooHR or similar HRIS systems
Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proven ability to assess talent not just for skills but for values and culture
