Job Title: Business Development Manager
Location: Cardiff (mostly remote travel to the office once a month)
Salary: Up to 50000 bonus (OTE 70000)

Vargo is recruiting for a Business Development Manager on behalf of a growing PropTech business based in Cardiff. This modern high-energy company is disrupting the property sector through innovative technology and bold execution. Theyre seeking a driven ambitious individual who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment and wants to make a real impact.
As BDM youll be the face of the business generating leads building relationships with estate agents solicitors and mortgage advisors and managing your own sales pipeline. Youll have the autonomy to shape your success supported by a dynamic and entrepreneurial team.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure new business opportunities in the property sector
- Build strong lasting relationships with prospective clients
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing
- Consistently hit and exceed sales targets
- Provide regular updates on pipeline and progress
Requirements:
- 3 years business development experience in property finance
