The successful candidate will support pupils with physical emotional and/or educational needs in accordance withacademy policy. There may also be a requirement to work with pupils with Education Health and Care Plans or additional educational needs throughout the Key Stages.
Experienceofworking with primary or secondary aged children with the ability to raise aspirations to ensure the best possible outcomeswill be beneficial as will the ability tomotivate children have a passion to make a positive outcome for our pupils and havehigh expectationsof childrens emotionalsocialand mental health development.An ELSA Qualificationwould be desirable or thewillingness to undertake training.Excellent interpersonal skills and as we are an academy that utilisesOne:One devicesgoodknowledge ofICTwould be essential.
