Remuneration: $80603 - $92585 pa HEW Level 05 (plus 17% employer superannuation)

The Opportunity
Monash HR is seeking HR Officers to join our Casual Workforce team. In this role you will provide expert advice on HR policies and processes efficiently manage high-volume HR activities with precision and professionalism ensuring a smooth employment lifecycle for sessional and casual staff across the University.
The Casual Workforce team within Monash HR is dedicated to providing exceptional operational support across a variety of processes throughout the employment lifecycle for sessional and casual staff at the University.
Responsibilities include:
- Implementing and delivering a range of administrative tasks related to casual and sessional employment
- Provide high levels of customer service and advice on HR policy and processes
- Maintain service standards privacy confidentiality and compliance requirements
- Perform data analysis and ensure effective record management
- Participate in and implement continuous improvement activities relating to service practices quality assurance and customer service excellence
About You
As the successful candidate you will have:
- Prior HR Administration experience is desirable
- Strong administrative skills and the ability to manage operational HR processes
- Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail and a demonstrated ability to set priorities manage time and meet deadlines
- A customer-focused mindset with a hands-on approach to service delivery
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders
