JOB SUMMARY
Position reports to the Division Business Manager and provides financial advice to help Area Managers assess the performance of projects and area profitability. Participates in periodic business performance reviews with the Division Director and Division Business Manager and may be responsible for performing various financial analyses investment evaluations and financial training programs. Interacts independently or in conjunction with Division management including Area Managers and Project Managers. Effectively engages partners and develops strong relationships with members of the Finance & Accounting team. Uses finance and accounting knowledge as well as industry and professional guidelines and procedures to accomplish goals and objectives and solve abstract problems and tasks.. Works independently using knowledge of industry and/or professional guidelines and protocols to accomplish goals and objectives and solve complex problems.

EXPERIENCE & ACADEMIC REQUIREMENTS
Education: Bachelors degree required. Masters/MBA degree or equivalent preferred.
Experience: 10 12 years of proven related experience 7 8 years designated professional experience and knowledge of applicable laws and regulations 6 7 years management experience required.
