Als Teil des Customer Success Teams ist der Pedagogical Consultant verantwortlich fr Implementierungsarbeiten pdagogische Beratungen und andere Dienstleistungen fr Neu- und Bestandskunden an.
Zentrale Aufgaben
- Aufbau von Kundenbeziehungen um den Implementierungs- und Schulungsbedarf innerhalb der Kundenorganisation zu managen
- Anpassung der itslearning-Implementierung unter Bercksichtigung der Erfllung von kurz- und langfristigen Zielen jedes Kunden
- Leitung des Onboardings fr Neukunden
- Erstellung und Durchfhrung von itslearning-Schulungen (vor Ort online) fr Neu- und Bestandskunden
- Erstellung und Pflege von Materialien und Katalogen fr Fortbildungen
- Mitwirkung an Dokumentations- und FAQ-Materialien einschlielich Untersttzung bei der bersetzung von Dokumentationen
- Erstellung beispielhafter Kurse und Beratung von Power-Usern wie das LMS schulentwicklerische Ziele untersttzen wird
- Zusammenarbeit mit Key Account Managern um bedarfsgrechte relevante Produkte an Kunden zu veruern
- Kontinuierliche Zusammenarbeit mit internen Abteilungen einschlielich Integrationsabteilung technischem Support Marketing Geschftsentwicklung und Vertrieb
- Untersttzung von Vertriebs- und Presales-Aktivitten wie Ausschreibungen Workshops Messen

- Erfahrung als Lehrkraft Schulleitung IT-Koordinator/in oder pdagogische Fachkraft an einer deutschen ffentlichen Schule (idealerweise Berufsschule oder Gymnasium)
- Kenntnis ber aktuelle Trends in Technik und Bildung in Deutschland (z.B. Digitalisierung DSGVO KI...)
- Erfahrung in der Nutzung aktueller SaaS-basierter Lehrinhalte Anwendungen und/oder Informationssysteme zur Verbesserung des Lernens (wie z.B. itslearning iServ WebUntis Moodle...)
- Ausgeprgtes Verstndnis von Blended-Learning-Modellen projektbasiertem Lernen und Rahmenplnen einschlielich praktischer Erfahrungen mit diesen Tools im Unterricht
- Interesse und Anspruch Produktexperte oder -expertin fr alle Funktionen der itslearning-Plattform zu werden aus der Perspektive von Schlern Lehrkrften und IT-Koordinator/innen
- Vertriebsorientierte Denkweise selbstbewusst bei Gesprchen ber Preise und Empfehlung erweiterter Dienstleistungen an Kunden
- 25% Reisettigkeit
- Excellente Deutschkenntnisse; mit ausgeprgten mndlichen Fhigkeiten in Englisch
