The successful applicant will have the following knowledge skills abilities and educational background:
Interviews will be conducted upon application. Please note that GSSD may contact informal references not listed in your application package. Preference will be given to those familar with research-based literacy and numeracy instructional methods. Those applicants with experience in instructing students across two or more grade levels differentiated instruction and strong communication skills will benefit.
Applicants not currently working for GSSD will be required to submit a recent (within the last six months) criminal record and vulnerable sector check acceptable to the Board of Education prior to offer of employment.
