Your Role
As the Business Analyst you will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams helping to translate business needs into technical requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Continuously analyse data and current business processes to identify areas for improvement and use this data to design processes which enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Act as a key liaison between business and technical teams by facilitating workshops meetings and presentations to elicit clarify and validate requirements.
Produce user-friendly documentation including project scopes for business requirements and functional specifications to ensure mutual understanding and alignment across stakeholders
Support change management activities by anticipating and addressing potential resistance to change ensuring smooth transition and adoption of new processes or systems

Essential
Tertiary qualifications related to ICT or other relevant discipline or equivalent industry experience
Proven experience in analysing complex business processes and data to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
Experience in supporting organisational change initiatives by anticipating resistance and promoting adoption of new process and systems
Experience in managing projects and supporting internal managers to lead their own projects
Demonstrated experience building relationships and influencing stakeholders at all organisational levels
Strong documentation and business writing skills
Ability to work effectively in an autonomous role
Problem-solving and time management skills
Desirable
Experience within the Disability sector
Knowledge of systems that support NDIS services
Special conditions
Current South Australian full drivers licence is essential
DHS Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening and any relevant Screenings as stipulated by DHS/NDIS with at least 6 months validity
Intrastate travel and work outside of normal business hours as required
