Job Description

SilverTech a digital experience agency is seeking a dynamic and driven Account Executive with a minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the web and digital services space. This role is ideal for a consultative seller who thrives in building client relationships and driving growth through customized service solutions. The ideal candidate is well-versed in industry trends understands the technology sales cycle and is comfortable speaking with senior-level decision-makers such as CMOs CIOs and CTOs.

Requirements
  • Proactively identify qualify and pursue new business opportunities in target industries to generate pipeline and revenue for SilverTechs digital marketing web development and technology integration services.
  • Conduct in-depth discovery sessions with prospective clients to understand business challenges marketing goals and digital transformation needs.
  • Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to craft customized proposals pitch decks and Statements of Work (SOWs) that align with client needs and SilverTechs capabilities.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process including lead generation prospect engagement proposal development contract negotiation and handoff to the delivery team.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activity deal progress and client interactions using the companys CRM (HubSpot).
  • Track and report on KPIs such as lead conversion rates sales cycle length and revenue attainment.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations to C-level stakeholders demonstrating how SilverTechs services solve strategic challenges and deliver measurable ROI.
  • Partner with marketing to refine messaging contribute to lead generation campaigns and share market intelligence.
  • Build strategic alliances with technology partners (e.g. Sitefinity Kentico Salesforce) to co-sell services and expand SilverTechs reach in target verticals.
  • Stay informed about web trends martech innovations and competitor offerings to position SilverTech as a thought leader and trusted advisor.
  • Attend and represent SilverTech at networking events conferences trade shows and partner webinars.

What You Need to Succeed

  • 35 years of sales experience in web digital marketing or technology services (not product sales).
  • Bachelors degree in Sales Marketing Business or a related field is a plus.
  • Demonstrated history of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong understanding of the full technology sales cycle and agency service offerings.
  • Proven ability to engage and influence executive-level stakeholders (CMO CIO CTO).
  • Experience working within or selling to industries such as financial services healthcare or manufacturing is a plus.
  • Strong closing strategy skills.
  • Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales automation tools (HubSpot preferred).
