Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and adaptable team member who thrives in a fast-paced hybrid work environment. Reporting to the Practice Administrator this diverse role supports the clinical operations of a team conducting over 200000 annual telemedicine Baseline Visits across 50 states. We are rapidly growing and the ideal candidate is a team player multitasker and eager to learn.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist with logistics of Baseline Visit operations to include: re-scheduling members obtaining consents
- Adjusting clinician schedules as needed to maintain proper capacity
- Support a high standard of patient satisfaction by providing excellent service
- Maintain clear and timely communication with internal teams
- Assist with administrative and clinical tasks as needed
- 50% of weekends on-call for tech issues/call outs
- This position assumes other duties as assigned

- Flexible and proactive in a dynamic environment
Preferred Systems Experience:
- Elation (EHR system)
- Google workplace
- Familiarity with team communication platform (slack teams etc)
- Bilingual (Spanish)
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in a health care setting or clinical support role
- Prior experience with electronic medical records (EMRs)
- A degree is preferred but not required
