Position Summary
The Print Stop Associate is the first point of contact for customers visiting the Print Stop & Copy Center sales counter. Responsibilities include assessing materials for production addressing corrective measures with customers when needed collaborating with the manager to communicate material requirements maintaining the front register processing payments and ensuring professional customer communication through emails phone calls and in-person interactions. Additionally the position assists with various aspects of production packaging billing and deliveries.
Required Qualifications Competencies And Experience
Must have a valid NC Drivers License or ability to obtain prior to start date. Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Adobe Acrobat Pro. Some knowledge or basic file handling and printing. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Ability to work well individual and as part of a team in a dynamic retail and production environment.
Preferred Qualifications Competencies And Experience
Knowledge of and experience with office document production equipment such as digital printers copiers and punching binding and cutting equipment. Experience in a fast-paced copy center environment. Cashiering/point-of-sale experience preferred.
Work Schedule
Up to 24 hours per week generally across 3 weekdays (i.e. 8 hours per day). May vary based on department needs and as production peaks occur.
