Youll be covering for a 6 month parental leave period and will need to hit the ground running and use your initiative knowledge data and experience to support the Commercial Department to reach their goals. Your mission should you choose to accept it:
- Employee Relations Management. Be an expert in industry best practices around functional areas of new trends and opportunities to constantly raise the bar on people deliverables
- Employee Lifecycle Management. Maintain a strong focus on employee relations performance management employee engagement and retention activities including an understanding of compensation and benefits and development activity.
- Learning & Development: Work closely with the L&D Manager support the design and delivery of appropriate training and development programs.
- Management & People Data Analysis.Demonstrate very strong analytical capabilities and influence business leaders with data-driven recommendations to improve performance retention and the employee experience.
- People Team Programs Design & Execution. Develop and own the delivery of the strategic people related plans for each Mews business leader ensuring consistency with the People Team key objectives and goals & enforce consistency with our policies & procedures.
- Champion collaborative cross functional relationshipsEnsure alignment of People related programs by partnering with fellow Mewsers (peers and colleagues).
Youll be a great fit if you bring the below with you:
- Experience leading and working on complex cross-functional projects with multiple partners including experience working internationally with an understanding of North America / European differences (opening new countries)
- Experience of operating as a strategic HR Business Partner with demonstrated success in meeting exceptionally high standards in a high volume fast-paced hands-on environment
- Experience with rapid and complex changing work environment.
- Coaching and mentoring experience at all levels of an organization.
- The ability to understand business goals and recommend new approaches policies and procedures to drive effect continual improvements in business objectives productivity and development of HR within the company.
