Curates and delegates prospect and product sales target lists leveraging large quantities of information to establish product goals and prioritize potential accounts as they best fit with personal and team members capabilities.
Counsels a team on identifying marketing selling and closing business deals and acts as the advisor for a small team located in a mid-sized region or representing a moderately sized industry.
Completes frequent sales calls and presentations leveraging a large prospect list professional contacts credibility and industry penetration efforts to meet target sales numbers and close high-risk high yield accounts.
Attends and participates in sales meetings in partnership with a sales professional for moderately complex or high priority accounts.
Monitors communicates and reports on team sales performance against business expectations and target metrics to team and senior colleagues and works to ensure numbers are satisfactory.
Assists with recruitment efforts for own team when necessary by screening candidates deciding aspects of the value proposition package and selecting final candidates.
Is an acknowledged member of relevant professional and industry-related organizations attends contributes to and may plan conferences and relevant engagements with the goal to expand and maintain a large professional network and gain exposure for potential business opportunities.
