Job Overview
IQVIAs Reference Data team plays a vital role in powering the healthcare data ecosystem. As aData Analytics Manager youll lead complex data validation and transformation projects that ensure the accuracy and integrity of foundational healthcare data. Youll serve as a technical expert and strategic partner across departments helping to align data assets resolve misalignments and guide cross-functional teams through investigative and reporting processes. Essential Functions:
- Lead or participate in the design and delivery of data analytics projects
- Analyze complex business questions using internal and external data
- Identify trends and patterns to support recommendations
- Construct impact assessments and create report specifications
- Provide consultation and lead cross-functional teams
- Produce datasets and reports using IQVIA tools
- Manipulate and transform data to optimize analyses
- Perform audits to ensure quality and compliance
- Support inquiry resolution data validation and trend analysis
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree required
- 5 years of experience in data analytics or related fields
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SQL
- Strong analytical and project management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments
- Understanding of business processes tools and industry trends
