We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Residential Sales Negotiator to advance their career with a highly successful and busy local independent estate agency with offices in the Eastbourne area.

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Booking and conducting property viewings
- Maintaining regular contact with potential buyers
- Seeking out new sales opportunities
- Promoting the agency and delivering outstanding customer service
- Representing the company in a professional manner daily
What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience):
- Experience in residential estate agency sales
- Strong customer service focus
- Excellent telephone manner
- Well-presented and articulate
- Ambitious self-motivated and proactive
- Local knowledge of Poole and surrounding areas is helpful
- Full UK Driving Licence
