About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated delegate sales manager to drive guesting and sales strategies for high-profile events and conferences. You will manage VIP attendees and use proven methods to ensure high attendance rates.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Identify approach and acquire C-level executives startup founders and VCs to attend events..
- Perform outbound and inbound sales of delegate passes over phone calls emails and virtual meetings.
- Create outreach strategies to secure top-tier delegates and ensure high show-up rates using effective strategies
- Develop strategies to engage high-level attendees providing a personalized experience
- Grow and maintain a network of VIP and C-suite contacts
- Use data to track progress and adjust strategies for optimal results
- Work closely with production marketing and operations teams to align guesting with event goals
- Manage daily outreach KPIs team targets and reporting metrics to management
Skills and Qualifications:
- 2 years in delegate guesting or sales for large events (300 attendees)
- Experience in delegate outreach and acquisition.
- Proven success in managing VIPs Government and C-suite attendees.
- Strong leadership guesting expertise and data-driven strategy skills
- Excellent communication relationship-building and organizational abilities
