Job Description
- Drive Business Growth: Acquire new customers in designated regions expanding affordable reach and increasing market share
- Strategic Partnerships: Foster strong relationships with sourcing partners including Connectors Referral Partners and DSA
- Market Penetration: Enhance business through deeper geography penetration and increased market share of affordable mortgage products
- Customer Service: Deliver exceptional pre- and post-customer service ensuring high engagement and satisfaction
- Digital File Management: Ensure seamless processing of files using digital methods and maintain accurate login records
- NPA & Collections Management: Oversee NPA and collections cases driving recoveries and maintaining portfolio health
- Lend-to-Collect Culture: Promote a lend-to-collect culture across the organization ensuring adherence to best practices
- Vendor Management: Collaborate with legal technical collection FI and RCU vendors to drive business outcomes
- Postgraduate degree with 3-5 years of relevant experience in business development channel management or a similar field
- Proven track record in managing channels for prime products with a strong understanding of affordable mortgage markets
