Were excitedabout the innovation required to aid in the production of the crops farmersgrow to feed the world and we currently have an open opportunity for you in a GraphicDesigner position.
In This Role You Will
Developand execute creative concepts for campaigns branding advertising andmarketing collateral aligned with business objectives and brand positioning.
Designgraphic content illustrations and infographics across a variety of mediumsincluding digital (web email social) and print (brochures trade showmaterials packaging apparel decals)
Collaboratewith marketing support product development and sales teams to understandproject goals and deliver visually compelling solutions
Managemultiple products from concept to completion while meeting deadlines andmaintaining high design standards
Leadand mentor junior members by providing feedback and creative direction.
Maintainand evolve brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all visuals
Workclosely with external vendors such as printers and photographers to ensurehigh-quality execution.
Were Looking For
5years of professional design experience
Expertproficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign)
Strongportfolio across digital and print
Detail-orientedwith the ability to work independently and collaboratively
Experiencein UX/UI or web design
Basicknowledge of HTML/CSS
Proficientin photography and videography
Motiongraphics or video editing skills
Involvementin branding or rebranding efforts
- Strategic thinker with creative execution skills
