Essential Duties
The following duties are an overview of the primary duties and responsibilities of the Sr Coordinator/Support Team and should not be considered an all-inclusive list:
Production order management:
- Coordinates and follows the production orders through completion to ensure the targets for quality delivery and costs are achieved.
- Reviews and releases production orders to the shop floor daily to ensure efficient use of time management by the production facility.
- Evaluates and accurately enters production data using company approved software.
- Immediately reports problems or delays to affected teams any production problems that may cause a production schedule change.
- Manages receipts and returns using company approved software for raw materials from/to the warehouse.
- Works closely with the Quality Control team to assist in resolving open claims and to ensure proper inspections are conducted by assemblers and operators.
- Ensures that corrective action measures in place are effective and being followed by team members.
- Follows up with team members to ensure quality and production needs are being met based on customer requirements.
Production performance management:
- Evaluates production yields downtime and defects of raw material and finished goods.
- Monitors scheduled preventive maintenances and machine conditions and assists maintenance personnel for repairs and/or improvements.
- Supports a work environment of continuous improvement that supports the companys quality policy safety regulations and productivity demands.
- Supports the company by being a positive role model and supports the Flair production team by educating and training employees to do their job tasks safely.
- Conduct cost analysis related to materials utilities and consumables to identify savings opportunities.
Safety Responsibilities:
All Flair employees are required to be an active safety participant at Flair by:
- Attending required safety training sessions.
- Reporting any accidents near misses and safety concerns to a designated safety team leader in a timely manner.
- Following the Companys work safety rules and procedures.
Food Safety Responsibilities:
Employees shall maintain a good understanding of Flairs food safety policies GMP regulatory requirements and HACCP principles reflecting industry best practices FSSC 22000 certification scheme and relevant CTPAT minimum security criteria.
Employees shall report food safety non-conformities to the responsible person(s). Responsible personnel shall have defined responsibility and authority to initiate and record actions.
Required Training Experience Licenses and Certifications:
In addition to performing satisfactorily all of the duties and responsibilities of the position an individual in this position must possess and maintain the following knowledge skills qualifications and/or abilities:
- High School diploma required.
- Knowledge of GMP/FDA regulatory requirements housekeeping health and safety
- 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.
- Fluent in Korean language
